Introducing Workshop

by Derek Homann No Comments

Today is the day we introduce Workshop to the world. The team behind Workshop has been hard at work addressing one of our biggest pet peeves. Meetings.

Most employees spend an average of 15 to 20% of their time in meetings. If you’re a manager, the number can jump up to 50% or more of your time. Added up, that’s an exceptional amount of time for people to spend trying to stay coordinated with each other. It’s bit wild that most people put zero investment into making those meetings count.

This is where Workshop comes in. Workshop makes every single meeting highly collaborative and productive. Here’s a bit on how it works:

We help you plan for your meeting with shared agendas so all participants can come into the meeting ready to do their best work.

Note-taking becomes a team sport with our collaborative notes. If you want one person or five people taking notes, we have you covered.

Meetings become biased towards action. During the meeting, Workshop will ensure you make decisions, add action items, and create follow-up meetings. No more walking out of meetings frustrated that nothing was accomplished.

You’ll have a single source of truth for everything that happened in meetings. You’ll be able to go back to any meeting on your calendar and instantly see notes that were taken, a summary of decisions and action items, and recordings from meetings all in one single spot.

We have a few more soon to be announced ways to radically improve your meetings as well. If you want to be one of the first people to experience what meetings should be like, we’d like to invite you to join the waitlist on UseWorkshop.com and we’ll start rolling out invites over the next few weeks and months.
