Best for group scheduling: Doodle
Often times you need multiple people to coordinate on a time to meet which adds extra complexity to scheduling. While other products have their own take on this, this is where Doodle really excels. While many scheduling tools, offer free products, there’s just might be the easiest to use. Simply hook up your calendar, input your preferences, and create a custom Calendly link you can send to your meeting guests and you are ready to go. You’ll be limited to one meeting type with the free version, but if you outgrow that, their paid plans start at under $10 a month.
