Project Manager-Onboarding

Workshop is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to drive new customer activation and education. This role will plan and proactively manage customers during their first 60 days of implementing Workshop. You’ll partner closely with a Solutions Engineer to ensure all technical steps are completed thoroughly and efficiently. Once complete, the Onboarding PM will introduce their Customer Success Manager and long-term point of contact at Workshop.

As an Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll guide our customers through their most critical first experiences with Workshop, ensuring they find success with our products and features as quickly as possible.

A successful Onboarding PM at Workshop is able to help our customers achieve early success learning and adopting our products, leading to long-term loyalty and account growth.

This is an Omaha-based role.

 As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will:

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customers’ initial internal communications objectives
  • Manage customer implementation projects from beginning to end
  • Hold customer and internal teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
  • Create an incredible first impression and develop rapport and trust with customers
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to communicate customer’s technical needs and schedule for completion
  • Communicate regularly with CSMs to ensure a smooth transition out of onboarding
  • Voice customer product feedback and questions to product team

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role
  • 1+ year of SaaS experience selling or supporting software products in a customer-facing role
  • A proven track record of adding real value at a fast-paced and growing company
  • Ability to understand and communicate clearly to different audiences (customers, engineers, sales and account management teams)
  • Proactive and ambitious in nature; exhibits a growth mindset
  • Able to manage many onboarding projects of varying pace and complexity
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent communication – both written and verbal

Target Salary range: $65,000-$75,000/year
