Workshop is an internal marketing platform that helps internal comms teams create, send, and measure multi-channel campaigns. Workshop is a fast growing, venture-backed startup based in Omaha, Nebraska. Omaha-based candidates are preferred but will consider remote within ± 2 hours CST for the right candidate.

👀 What we’re looking for:

• Experience in deploying and running production services on cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or similar 
• A passion for optimizing and automating systems when you can
• Details matter to you, and you sweat the small things when it comes to  the security, resiliency, and scalability of the platform
• Experience setting up logging and monitoring internal and third party systems to proactively scale resources and prevent incidents 
• Ability to understand and communicate the tradeoffs between different architectures
• You’re flexible and pragmatic and enjoy helping a small team get a big job done

💻 You will:

• Work to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure that is responsible for creating, sending, and measuring millions of customer emails
• Work closely with our product engineering team to support and scale the release of new features
• Manage infrastructure responsible for syncing customer employee directories to the platform to ensure customers can send email to the right distribution lists
• Be deeply involved in our comprehensive security efforts
• Continuously improve our security and monitoring systems so incidents are not only detected, but also prevented
• Discuss infrastructure challenges and solutions with the CTO and other members of the team
• Participate in on-call responsibilities
