July product updates
In between sunny days and snow cones, our product team added all of the following features:
NEW! See who clicked a link (and how many times)
From the “Clicks” section of a sent email, you’re now able to see individual data on who clicked the link, and repeat click data to see how many times they’ve clicked it! (This data will also be available in your exported analytics, too.)
NEW! Export an email as a PDF
This is SUCH a great way to distribute your messaging across your workforce! You can now export your email to a PDF (even before you send it). This makes it really easy to attach to another email, or use the resulting PDF to create flyers for frontline or deskless employees.
From the email editor, just click the ‘export to PDF’ button to download a PDF version of your current email design!
NEW! Embed your campaign archives onto other sites/intranets
Another great way to distribute your messaging across your entire team! Embed your email campaign archives within any website (including your intranet).
This is perfect for providing a single, go-to place for employees to see previous CEO letters, newsletters, you name it (and you won’t have to update it manually every single time).
NEW! Set a custom default “From Name’
Within your company settings, admins now have the ability to customize what you want your default ‘From Name’ to be within the email settings page. (By default, we set it as your company name.)
Now you have the flexibility to change that to be more specific, like ‘Internal Communications at Workshop,’ for example, or “The Happy Co. Comms Team.”
On the other hand, you may have multiple departments using Workshop and want to change that ‘from name’ depending on who is sending the communications. With this feature, you can now set the default to blank and this will prompt each department to write in their own ‘From name.”
All four of these features are available for all customers, regardless of plan type!
