We’ve added a few new features as we continue to expand and improve our rapidly growing SMS platform!

NEW! MMS images are now fully supported

Our two-way employee text messaging platform now supports images of any size and GIFs under 600KB. This is great for two reasons:

1.) You can send them in your employee text messages quickly and easily. Simply select the image or GIF you want from your media library!

2.) Employees can reply and send you images from the field (super impactful for crisis communications, safety concerns, etc.)

MMS is available for all SMS customers, regardless of plan type. 

 

NEW! User permissions are now available for SMS

Just like our email platform, you can now manage who has permission to send text messages, and what lists they have permission to send to. These permission sets can apply globally across both email and SMS, so you can quickly and universally say who can communicate with what audience.
