Questions about this prompt
What counts as "frontline-ready" — is there a reading level I should aim for?
A good target is a 6th–8th grade reading level. Lead with what changes for the employee on day one, avoid acronyms, and keep sentences under 20 words. Cici will apply these by default if you specify “frontline-ready.”
Can I use this format for other frontline audiences like retail, healthcare, or field workers?
Yes. Swap out “warehouse teams” for your audience and describe their communication context (e.g., “read on a shared tablet in 5-minute breaks”). Cici will adjust accordingly.
