Lindsey Caplan is the Founder and Lead Consultant at The Gathering Effect, a consultancy that helps organizations influence at scale through strategy, design, and facilitation. Her work ensures these moments don’t just share information—they move people to care, act, and align.
Lindsey has worked with companies like CrowdStrike, Bloomberg, Coinbase, LaunchDarkly, Shell, GE, and Airtable to turn their gatherings into catalysts for lasting change. Before founding The Gathering Effect, she led Learning & Development at Credit Karma, Flexport, and Zendesk, and began her career as a screenwriter in Hollywood. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communication from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
