Until now, Cici, our AI agent, could only work with information available inside Workshop: your account, our help docs, your marketing resources, our best practices. That changes today, and now, Cici can search the web!

What you can do now

• Ask Cici anything and get a live answer: Cici can search the web and use what it finds to answer you on the spot. Ask it to pull a company’s most recent press release, find their latest leadership hires, or look up the details of an event you’re building around. You ask, Cici finds it, and it works the results right into what you’re creating.
• Let Cici recommend the files that make it smarter: When more context would help, Cici will suggest attaching it — like your brand kit or a relevant file — so the email it builds actually looks and sounds like you. (It’s a small nudge that saves you from guessing what Cici needs.)
• See your hex codes right in the prompt: Your brand colors and their hex codes now show up directly in the prompt, so it’s easy to reference and apply the exact right color while you build. No more digging through a brand doc in another tab.

Say the college baseball championship is the talk of the office and you want a fun all-company email to mark it. Ask Cici to build one, and it’ll search the web for the details, then generate an on-brand email that actually knows what’s going on — scores, teams, the moment.
