What is Workshop’s approach to AI?

Rather than adding unnecessary complexity, we’ve built AI right into our platform to deliver real value where it counts (and we’ve prompted and refined it ourselves, so you don’t have to). No need to be a “prompt engineer” or master ChatGPT—our AI works behind the scenes to help you communicate smarter, not harder.

With our new AI content features, you can:

We will scan your email and suggest subject lines and preview text that match the context and tone of your message. Plus, you can rest easy knowing the recommendations are based in years of real and personal internal communications and marketing expertise.
  • Modify with AI: Need to tweak your messaging? Use AI to refine those same subject lines, email preview text, and more. Whether it’s improving tone, fixing grammar, or simply enhancing clarity, Workshop’s AI makes it easy to deliver polished, professional communications every time.
  • Cross-post with ease: You can also use AI to optimize your messages for cross-posting across multiple internal communications channels (including Slack, Teams, and Sharepoint) —making sure your content resonates, no matter where it’s shared.

What if I don’t want AI?

We get it. Not everyone wants or needs AI in their workflow, and we respect that! You can always reach out to your account manager and ask them to disable all AI features for now (or for good). You’ll still be able to use Workshop’s core features while skipping the AI-powered extras—perfect for teams who prefer a more traditional approach to content creation.
